Shipping Policy

Monarch Golf Lab offers free standard shipping on every U.S. order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or within one day, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders may be processed and shipped every day, including weekends, although carrier pickup and tracking updates may vary.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Monarch Golf Lab’s control may occur.

Monarch Golf Lab ships internationally.

International orders are generally shipped using DHL. Shipping charges, available services, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost collected by Monarch Golf Lab.

International customs processing may cause delays outside Monarch Golf Lab’s control.

U.S. orders are primarily shipped through USPS.

International orders are primarily shipped through DHL.

Monarch Golf Lab may use another appropriate carrier when necessary based on the destination, package, or available service.

Customers receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created. Customers should allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display movement.

Missing Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost while in transit, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Monarch Golf Lab will assist where possible, but carrier delays, interruptions, or losses outside our control must first be investigated through the carrier.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

Monarch Golf Lab will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Monarch Golf Lab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

If an order has not yet shipped, the customer may contact monarchgolflab@gmail.com to request an address correction. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to Monarch Golf Lab because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been placed.

Because orders may be processed and shipped quickly, customers should carefully review their products, quantities, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Monarch Golf Lab does not currently offer preorders or backordered products unless specifically stated on the product page.

If a product is listed as a preorder or backorder in the future, the estimated shipping date and any special terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.
